Information We Collect · Assessment and result data: Including but not limited to selected answers, quiz progress, question IDs, option IDs, dimension scores, total score, result tier, report ID, anonymous user ID, report snapshots, question and option snapshots, report views, report history, the currently selected report, unlock status, unlock clicks, retakes, and related conversion behavior. This data may be stored locally in your browser, sent to cloud databases such as Supabase, or sent to remote servers through analytics services such as PostHog to generate results, save progress, restore report history, generate fixed report links, display unlocked content, analyze product usage, improve the report experience, and evaluate conversion performance. · Language preference: May be stored locally in your browser for interface language switching. · Contact and notification-request information: When you choose to receive payment-opening or report-unlock notifications, we may collect the email address you voluntarily submit and associate it with the relevant report ID, contact type, relative report path, and submission time so we can send report-related notifications and avoid duplicate submissions. · Payment information: Processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, store, or access your credit card numbers, bank accounts, or other payment credentials. · Product usage and analytics data: Including but not limited to page views, clicks, scrolling, time on page, page paths, referrers, button interactions, quiz starts and completions, result views, unlock clicks, retakes, language switches, heatmaps, conversion funnels, A/B testing, feature flags, performance diagnostics, and product improvement analysis. · Device and network information: Such as browser type, device information, access time, page path, referrer, IP address, and approximate region inferred from IP address. · Error logs: Such as page errors, unhandled exceptions, and related debugging information used to identify and fix issues. · Session replay data: Used to recreate interactions with the page so we can understand the user experience and troubleshoot problems. 2. Cookies and Local Storage The Service may use browser localStorage, cookies, similar technologies, cloud databases, or server-side records to save quiz progress, report history, report snapshots, the currently selected report, report unlock status, notification-request information, language preference, analyze visits, identify sessions, generate heatmaps, analyze conversion funnels, monitor errors, diagnose performance, and support session replay. This allows you to return to the website and continue viewing previous results and unlocked content. The Service does not use third-party advertising scripts, and we do not sell your data to advertising platforms. 3. Session Replay Session replay records page interaction behavior, such as clicks, scrolling, page paths, browser state, and changes to page elements. It is not camera recording, and it does not record microphone audio. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as passwords, government ID numbers, or bank card numbers. If a page contains input content or other sensitive fields, we will make reasonable efforts to mask or redact them so unnecessary sensitive information is not shown in replay. 4. How We Use Information We use the information described above to save quiz progress, generate and display results, save and restore reports, generate fixed report links, process notification requests, avoid duplicate waitlist submissions, process payments, measure service usage, analyze answer paths and result distributions, evaluate conversion performance across different scores or result tiers, analyze conversion funnels, generate heatmaps, run A/B tests and feature-flag experiments, improve the product experience, troubleshoot errors, diagnose performance, protect service security, and comply with legal obligations. 5. Information Sharing We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. To provide the Service, we may share necessary information with service providers such as Lemon Squeezy, PostHog, and Supabase; these providers should process the information only for the relevant service purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law. 6. Your Rights You can delete locally stored quiz progress, report history, report unlock status, language preference, and related data at any time by clearing your browser data. You may also limit cookies or localStorage through your browser settings, but some features may not work as intended, such as automatically restoring previous test results or unlocked content. For report snapshots, notification emails, or related records saved on remote servers, please contact us if you would like to request access, deletion, or exercise other data rights. 7. Minors The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. 8.
